ZAGAS’ 2023 Wrap Up

As we reach the end of 2023, it's time to reflect on everything that has happened in the past months. This year, ZAGAS celebrated 75 years in the furniture industry, continuing to pave its way by prioritizing innovation in both processes and design. From new and distinctive collections to renowned design events and collaborations with highly prestigious Portuguese brands, this year has been one of significant challenges and successes. Every year, ZAGAS dedicates itself to the launch of new collections and products. In 2023, marking the 75th anniversary, the brand introduced the Bedroom Collection. Inspired by the Oblique, Everest, and Essence lines, it was one of the major successes of the year, capturing the attention of visitors at international fairs and the press.

The Mikadu Collection was the second launch of the year, designed with simple and modern lines, highlighting meticulous production and material quality. On the other hand, the Fiore Collection posed a significant challenge for ZAGAS, as they once again decided to innovate in design. The emphasis on curves and the choice of delicate design were the highlights at Hábitat València.

At ZAGAS, we believe that Portuguese brands exhibit exceptional quality, standing out for their attention to detail and the full commitment of our talented artisans. That's why, in 2023, we partnered with renowned brands such as Lameirinho and Flame & Luce to present unique exhibitions to the public, all 100% Made in Portugal.

Additionally, we were selected by the Santo Infante architecture firm to be part of the Terra Project. With the Oblique Bed with Integrated Bedside Tables and the Statera Bookshelf, we contributed to an apartment entirely decorated by Portuguese brands, chosen by influencer Mariana Aires.

The Portugal Home Week in Porto kicked off the event season for ZAGAS with the launch of the Bedroom Collection. With positive feedback from our customers, we moved on to Spain for the Feria Hábitat València. With the Fiore Collection already launched, we garnered attention from various professionals, from interior designers to retailers. To end the year on a high note, we exhibited the three collections launched in 2023 at EspritMeuble in Paris.

For ZAGAS, international fairs are a unique opportunity to meet with our clients and showcase all the latest innovations. It was in Valencia that ZAGAS introduced its new sample box, allowing our visitors to see all customization options in an optimized way.
